When is refuse removal and where should I place it???
Refuse removal is every Tuesday, and the refuse may be placed out on Monday evenings or Tuesday mornings before 07:00. Residents can place the refuse at the water meter wall outside of their unit. Residents of Fairview need to take the Wheelie bins to the designated area on the same days.
I need to paint my units exterior, what colour should I use???
We have paint samples and prefered suppliers of these paints available at the care takers office, at the entrance of the Estate.
What about the gardens???
Malope Garden Services is responsable for all the common area gardens. They will cut the grass up to the water meters of all the units. The rest of the units garden is up the resident to keep clean and neat at all times. If dogs are walked in communal gardens their excrements need to be picked up by the owner.
What is the procedure for visitors???
Visitors report to the entrance gate, the security will have them sign in. They need to provide the address they will be visiting. Once signed in, the gate can be phoned open by the resident, the security will verify the call and then open the gate for the visitor.
All visitors are subject to the same rules as residents and must use the designated visitors parking only.
